工作内容：
1、与AI产品经理和其他AI应用开发人员合作，深入了解AI开发需求，搭建AI技术架构，推动AI需求的技术落地，确保高效可用；
2、全面了解并掌握大语言模型（LLMs）、嵌入模型、重排序模型、多模态模型等不同类型模型的能力，指导研发团队开发和实施AI相关解决方案。
3、深入理解提示词工程（prompt engineering）及其对大语言模型输出的影响，以优化聊天机器人的回应，提升准确性、相关性和效率。
4、与业务部门通力配合，确保将AI技术无缝集成到现有系统和工作流程中。
5、持续监控AI项目的性能与稳定性，必要时进行优化调整。
岗位职责：
1、具备5年以上的全职软件开发经验，本科及以上学历，且专业为计算机科学或相关领域；
2、熟练掌握Python及一些常用库（如NumPy、Pandas等），了解并使用过常见的机器学习算法（如余弦相似度等）；
3、熟悉各类大语言模型(LLM)，具有使用Xinference、Ollama等推理引擎进行本地化部署的经验以及主流大模型（如通义千问，字节豆包等）的API接入经验；
4、有Dify、RAGFlow、MaxKB等AI应用开发平台的实操经验，能够进行私有化部署和定制化开发；
5、熟练掌握容器化部署（docker，k8s）流程和方案，均有一定的系统运维和项目管理经验。
