3.带领团队完成广告素材筛选、文案优化，搭建关键词体系，提升广告点击率与转化效率；
4.监控投放数据，深度分析流量、转化等核心指标，输出复盘报告，联动跨部门推进优化方案落地；
5.制定再营销策略，优化独立站/产品页面，提升用户回访率与成交转化；
6. 跟踪竞品投放动态，输出竞品分析报告，为产品、营销决策提供数据支撑；
7.负责投放团队管理、人才培养与考核，提升团队整体投放能力。
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，英语、国贸、市场营销等相关专业，CET-6及以上，具备优秀英文读写能力；
2.3年+欧美市场Facebook广告投放经验，1年+团队管理经验，精通FB广告后台及全玩法（信息流、A/B测试、再营销等）；
3.数据分析能力强，能通过数据定位问题、优化策略，对投放成本与效果有强把控；
4.熟悉欧美市场消费习惯，对海外热点、素材趋势敏感，思维灵活，具备良好抗压性与跨部门沟通能力；
5.有跨境电商、DTC品牌投放管理经验者优先。
