核心要求

1. 3-5年以上大厂PIE管理经验，非标自动化设备行业优先；

2. 有从零到一搭建工艺体系经验，熟悉生产工艺流程、作业标准、工艺文件管理；

3. 懂标准工时、产能核定、人效管控、工序考核体系搭建；

4. 有ERP系统工艺板块上线或数字化工艺数据搭建经验优先；

5. 能带团队，能跨部门强势推进工艺标准化、生产效率提升和降本改善；

6. 务实肯干，深耕现场，不搞形式化，以结果和数据说话。

 

主要工作

- 搭建非标设备全流程PIE工艺体系

- 制定生产工艺标准、作业指导书、工艺图纸和变更规范

- 下沉生产现场，解决装配、调试、组装、加工工艺问题

- 推进工艺优化、流程精简、降本增效和良率提升

- 负责ERP系统工艺BOM、工序流程、参数数据搭建与落地

- 建立标准工时、人效评估、产能核定和考核机制

- 统筹工艺团队建设、培训、分工和项目推进

- 联动研发、生产、品质、采购、供应链完成问题闭环
