岗位职责：
1、根据硬件工程师的原理图与机械工程师的结构图进行的PCB设计，协助工程师完成其他工作。
2、负责PCB封装库的建立、维护、修改、完善及审核。
3、按照流程及规范完成PCB设计工作，输出GERBER资料，完成PCB制作工艺要求确认。完成PCB相关设计文档的整理与归档。
4、负责PCB生产过程的异常跟进与处理。
5、负责PCB装配及SMT生产过程中异常跟进与处理。
6、按期保质保量完成上级交给的设计工作。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上PCB Layout工作经验，会设计硬件方案及原理图优选选择。
2、熟悉PCIe2.0以上版本、JESD204B、GMII等高速布线布局设计，具备1~2年高速PCB设计经验，熟悉电源与信号完整性分析、板级EMC、信号仿真等知识者优先。
3、具备良好的电子电路等专业理论基础知识，熟悉相关知识及应用。
4、熟练使用Allegro、Mentor等相关设计软件进行PCB及元器件封装设计,熟练使用CAM350、AutoCAD等软件进行PCB辅助设计。
5、熟悉PCB布局，布线设计，对PCB设计规范有深刻认识，对元器件封装有深刻认识。
6、具有六层板及以上设计经验者优先
7、能熟练解决投板过程中的常见PCBA问题，能够独立完成整个项目的PCB Layout工作者优先。
8、为人诚恳，耐心细致，具备高度责任感和良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
