岗位职责：
1、技术战略与产品规划：基于公司战略及市场需求（尤其主机厂客户），制定非充气轮胎产品的技术发展路线图，明确产品技术定位与核心竞争力，同时主导与主机厂的深度技术对接，了解对轮胎性能的需求，将其转化为可落地的研发技术指标。
2、研发体系搭建与流程建设：从0到1搭建并优化研发管理体系，建立标准化的产品开发流程，涵盖概念设计、仿真分析、样件试制、台架测试及整车验证的全生命周期管理。
3、结构设计与开发：负责新型非充气轮胎的结构设计、轮廓优化和性能提升，重点解决产品在耐久性、舒适性、振动声及操控性等方面的关键技术问题。
4、项目推进与跨部门协作：作为项目的核心协调人，积极推动产品开发进度，高效协同内部仿真、材料、工艺团队，确保产品设计理念在试制和生产环节得到准确落实，共同解决技术难题。
5、产品交付与售后支持：跟进小批量产品的生产与交付流程，处理交付过程中出现的技术问题，并提供必要的售后技术支持，收集反馈以驱动产品持续选代。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上，车辆工程、力学、机械、材料等相关专业；5年以上轮胎结构设计或底盘研发经验，有研发体系搭建及完整产品开发（概念至量产）经历；熟悉主机厂或底盘零部件企业，有轮胎经验者优先。
2、熟练使用UG/SolidWorks/CATIA等三维软件及ABAQUS等仿真工具（静力学、动力学、模态）；具备测试方案设计、台架搭建及数据分析能力；熟悉轮胎/底盘开发流程、测试标准，懂轮胎力学及底盘匹配者优先。
3、跨部门沟通与项目推动能力强；学习能力好，责任心强，善于解决问题与创新；具备良好的团队合作精神。
