岗位职责1.体系与合规・主导公司安全标准化及双重预防机制建设，确保通过政府检查与体系审核。・对接应急、环保等政府部门，落实隐患整改闭环。2.工艺与现场安全・对工艺开展HAZOP分析，管控重大风险。・严抓生产现场、甲类仓库及特殊作业(动火/受限空间)的安全管理。3.培训与应急・组织全员及特种作业人员安全培训，建立培训档案。・修订应急预案，定期开展消防、泄漏等应急演练。4.事故与改进・主导事故/未遂事件调查，运用PDCA推动整改措施落地。二、任职要求1.本科及以上学历，化工相关专业。2.注册安全工程师证（化工方向），若同时有消防设施操作证，优先考虑。3.2年以上化工行业安环管理经验。4.精通危化品全流程管理及职业卫生防护。5.有较强烈的责任心、自驱力，逻辑与沟通理解能力，情绪稳定乐观，三、职位发展1、职位的发展空间:安全生产负责人、工厂总经理。2、薪资依据候选人实际能力和经验，范围1.2万-2万。
