【公司简介】诺丹舜蒲胶辊，中美合资企业（美国RotaDyne × 运城制版集团），国家高新技术企业、省级"专精特新"企业，专注高端印刷胶辊/工业胶辊研发制造。昆山、运城、东莞三地生产，现昆山总部诚聘PMC 1名。
【岗位职责】
根据订单、库存、产能制定月度/周度/日度生产计划，确保准时交付；
编制物料需求计划（MRP），协同采购保障物料按时到货，避免停工待料；
跟踪订单全流程（接单-评审-排产-生产-入库-发货），处理紧急/插单/变更订单；
监控库存周转率、呆滞料，优化库存结构，降低资金占用；
协调销售、生产、采购、仓储、质量，建立产销协同机制。
【任职要求】
本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流、供应链、机械等相关专业；
3-5年制造业PMC工作经验，五金/印刷/机械加工/橡胶行业优先；
熟悉生产计划排程、MRP、库存管理，熟练使用Excel数据分析；
熟悉ERP系统（用友/金蝶/SAP等），有MES经验者优先；
沟通协调能力强，能深入现场，抗压能力好，有成本意识。
