职责描述
深度参与用户需求调研，主导技术方案设计，完成系统架构设计及核心代码开发。
构建基于 Java 的 AI 智能体框架，解决 Agent 框架中的 RAG 系统、上下文工程、各类工具建设等问题。
建设支持多租户能力的管理平台，实现用户创建 / 编辑 AI 智能体、版本管理、报表生成等功能。
任职要求
一、基础经验要求
3 年及以上工作经验，1 年以上大模型智能体从业经验，重点高校毕业。
逻辑清晰，思路灵活，解决问题能力强，对 AI 应用有独特心得和见解，乐于拥抱 AI 技术。
二、技术栈要求
掌握 Java、Python 语言，熟练使用 Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等开源框架；对常用设计模式、设计原则、数据结构有一定理解，深入掌握面向对象思想。
熟悉 Nginx、Redis、Kafka、Jenkins 等中间件的使用及部署；熟练使用 Linux 命令。
掌握 HTML/CSS/JS 开发技术，有 React/Vue 主流框架开发经验。
深入了解AI Agents技术栈，掌握Dify、OpenClaw、RAGFlow等开源框架，有丰富的智能体开发和Prompt Enginering经验。
