岗位职责
在工程总工、值班工程师领导下，负责酒店所有空调设备和常用附属设备维修、保养的管理工作，负责空调系统、制冷设备等的巡查、维修保养工作，定期清洗过滤网及翅片和二通阀的检查，制冷设备故障或事故原因并能独立处理。
1、根据酒店的运作要求制定所有管辖设备的年、季、月度检修计划，并督促计划的有实施。
2、负责申购配件备品。
3、贯彻执行岗位责任制、安全责任制，督促检查下属员工严格执行安全操作规程，确保设备及人员不发生安全事故
4、确保酒店的采暖、通风、空调和冷冻系统的维护保养工作符合工程操作标准
5、按照现定的时间表，清洁全部风柜、盘管风机、冰箱、冷柜和冷库以及窗式或分体式空调及展示柜的过滤器、蒸发器盘管和冷凝器盘管
6、完成所有空调和冷冻设备的维修工作后，在工作日志和设备档案卡做好记录
7、制定设备的巡回检查制度，并抽查落实情况。
8、负责空调设备，预防空调制冷系统和冷库设备、制冷机的运行完好。
9、负责安排维修任务，督促检查维修情况，控制维修材料和维修质量。
10、负责对所管辖的员工的督促、培训、考核和评估。
11、完成部门领导交给的其他任务。
岗位要求
1、毕业于技校或职高及以上学历、有制冷空调操作证、电工证。
2、有酒店同等职位一年及以上的工作经验。
3、熟悉空调暖通制冷等设备的维修知识。
4、身体健康，服务意识强。
