1. 负责公司后端模块技术规划和落地；
2. 负责编写服务端系统框架和核心代码，对现有系统的不足进行分析，找到系统瓶颈，持续改进系统架构，提高系统性能；
3. 合理制定开发分工和计划，推动项目落地。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上的Java研发经验，至少1年以上的架构设计经验；
2. 熟练掌握Java相关技术和框架的使用（包括Java基础/多线程/SpringBoot/SpringCloud/myBatis/Dubbo等）；
3. 精通分布式系统的设计和应用，精通分布式框架、中间件、数据库等机制，有高并发处理经验；
4. 熟悉数据库原理和性能优化；
5. 良好的沟通和工作推进能力；
6. 强烈的技术热情和工作责任感，具有良好的沟通技能，团队合作能力；
7. 有电商或者共享行业经验优先。
