任职要求
1. 2年以上Java后端开发经验
2. 熟悉Spring Boot / Spring Cloud微服务框架
3. 熟悉MySQL，了解索引优化与慢查询排查
4. 熟悉Redis缓存设计与使用
5. 熟悉Git协作流程，了解CI/CD基本概念
6. 能熟练使用AI编程工具（Curs/ Claude Code / Copilot等），有AI辅助开发实践经验
7. 了解前端开发基础（HTML/CSS/JS），能使用Vue或React进行简单页面开发
8. 良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识
