Job Description:

1. Upon joining, receive comprehensive professional training on immigration asset allocation knowledge. After training completion, be mentored by department supervisors.
2. Understcompany operations, familiarize with various roles, adapt to the companys foundational workflow. Assist department supervisors learn relevant skills during rotational training.
3. Based on early-stage learning aptitude, growth progress, personal interests, company needs, be assigned primary responsibilities in a specific focus area (e.g., market development functional operations) to deepen expertise develop junimanagement capabilities.
4. The company provides targeted talent development programs. Exceptional performers may qualify faccelerated promotion multi-directional career growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree above. Preference fmajors in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, related fields. Outstanding candidates may be exempt from this requirement.
