岗位职责
1、参与系统需求分析，搭建系统开发框架；
2、按时完成核心代码实现、单元测试工作以及相关文档编写；
3、能够解决开发过程中的技术难题，持续优化系统性能；
4、能够指导初级工程师进行开发和文档编写，推动团队技术能力提升。
岗位要求
1、精通Java语言，熟悉多线程、集合、IO等基础框架；熟练使用SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架。
2、熟悉MySQL、达梦等关系型数据库，具备SQL优化经验；熟悉Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL数据库及缓存机制。
3、熟悉分布式缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等技术，有微服务开发经验。
4、具备高并发、高可用系统的设计与优化能力。
5、专业要求：计算机或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
6、3年以上Java开发经验，具备独立完成项目开发的能力。
7、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神及抗压能力；学习能力强，对技术有热情，能够快速掌握新技术。
8、有工业互联网相关项目经验者优先（MES、LIMS、PLM、ERP等），有制造业相关工作经验者优先。
