2. 扎实的Java编程基础，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等核心机制，熟悉JVM原理及常用调优策略；掌握TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议；
3. 熟悉主流开源框架（如Spring、MyBatis、SpringCloud、Dubbo等）的原理和实现机制，具备源码阅读和二次开发能力者优先；
4. 精通数据库原理，熟悉索引、锁、事务等底层机制，具备数据库性能分析与调优经验，能够指导他人进行数据库相关问题排查；
