- 配合生产计划安排，合理安排加工顺序，优化加工流程，提高生产效率和设备利用率，确保按时完成生产任务；
- 参与产品试制和工艺优化，协助解决加工过程中出现的技术问题，提出改进建议，推动工艺水平提升；
- 保持工作区域整洁有序，遵守安全生产规范，落实5S管理要求，确保作业环境安全、文明、高效；
- 熟悉UG软件的操作与应用，能够根据设计图纸进行模型分析与加工路径规划，提升加工效率与精度。
【任职要求】
- 具备大专及以上学历，机械制造、机电一体化等相关专业优先，具备良好的职业素养和学习能力；
- 拥有2年以上CNC加工中心操作经验，熟悉编程软件UG，能够独立完成编程与调试工作；
- 熟悉机械加工工艺流程，具备良好的读图能力和质量意识，能够准确理解技术图纸和工艺要求；
- 具备较强的责任心和团队协作精神，能适应倒班工作安排，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
- 年龄不限，身体健康，能够胜任岗位工作要求，具备良好的抗压能力和执行力；
- 熟练掌握UG软件，具备一定的CAD/SW软件使用经验，能够独立完成从图纸到加工的全流程操作。
