工作职责:
1. 负责电磁安全开关（如电磁制动器、电磁阀等）的电子控制部分研发与优化；
2.跟踪行业技术趋势，参与新技术预研与关键器件选型；
3.使用COMSOL等有限元分析软件进行电磁场仿真，提升系统响应速度与电磁性能；
4.编写相关技术文档，包括研发方案、仿真分析报告、BOM清单等；
5.研究EMC、安规等安全相关标准，确保设计满足如CRCC等认证要求。
6.负责电磁开关控制电路的原理图设计、PCB布局与参数计算；
7.主导样机的调试、性能验证与问题排查；
8.协调生产与测试团队，跟踪量产过程中的技术问题，确保产品设计在安全性、一致性、可制造性等方面达标；
9.参与产品可靠性测试，包括电磁兼容、绝缘耐压、温升、耐久性等，分析测试数据并优化设计；
10.为售前/售后团队提供技术支持，包括客户方案制定、技术培训、故障排查与现场问题处理；
11.与机械、软件等跨部门团队紧密协作，推进项目系统级集成设计与验证。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电子信息、机电一体化等相关专业；
2. 熟悉电磁原理、电磁材料特性及电磁场仿真分析，具备使用COMSOL、ANSYS Maxwell等软件经验；
3.掌握常见电磁控制电路拓扑，如全桥、半桥、BUCK等；
4.熟练使用EDA工具、电路仿真软件、绘图工具，了解开关电源、电磁驱动类产品的工作原理及设计方法。
5.熟悉电磁兼容（EMC）、电气安全（安规）等相关认证标准，有实际项目经验优先；
6.具备良好的英语技术资料阅读能力，能独立查阅国际标准、技术文献和专利；
7.逻辑清晰，动手能力强，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，具备良好的沟通与协作意识。
