工作职责
1. 参与工业智造类软件的全流程设计，包括功能模块概要设计、详细设计及数据库设计，并输出规范的技术文档。
2. 基于产品需求制定开发计划，负责核心业务模块的逻辑设计与编码实现，确保代码质量与交付效率。
3. 完成单元测试、集成测试等质量保障工作，编写技术文档并配合团队完成系统上线与维护。
4. 为业务部门提供技术支持，协助解决系统运行中的技术问题，保障工业软件系统的稳定运行。
任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验，基础扎实。
2. 精通Java生态技术栈，熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、SpringCloud、MyBatis等框架，掌握Redis、Elasticsearch、RabbitMQ等中间件，有TDD、CI经验者优先。
3. 熟练使用Oracle/Mysql/PostgreSQL等数据库，具备SQL优化与数据库性能调优能力，有高并发Web应用开发经验。
4. 熟悉工业智造行业知识，有IoT、WMS、MES、ERP等系统开发经验者优先，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案。
5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力与文档写作能力，有团队合作精神与抽象思维能力。

1. 薪资范围：初级8000-12000元/月、中级12000-16000元/月、高级16000-25000元/月
