5. 参与建立和维护产品设计系统（Design System），推动设计标准化与组件化，提升团队协作与产品研发效率。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，设计或相关专业，1-2年以上UI设计经验，优秀应届生可考虑。
2. 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch 等设计工具，具备良好的视觉与交互设计能力。
3. 熟悉各平台设计规范与响应式原理，注重用户体验。
4. 具备产品思维与团队协作精神，沟通表达能力良好。
5. 关注设计趋势，学习能力强，有主动优化意识。
6. 有移动端或后台系统完整项目经验，具备动效或插画能力者优先。
7. 需提供个人作品集，环保/科技行业经验者优先。
