岗位职责：
1. 负责业务接入平台研发，包括内容接入、数据同步、任务投递、回调通知等模块。
2. 负责对接多业务线、多内容类型（文本/图片/视频/直播）接入能力建设。
3. 负责 Canal 数据订阅、Binlog 消费及数据同步链路开发。
4. 负责 Doris 数据写入、查询优化及实时数据链路建设。
5. 负责接入服务稳定性建设，包括限流、熔断、重试、幂等等机制。
6. 负责统一接口规范、鉴权、协议适配与开放平台能力建设。
任职要求：
1. 至少3年以上 Java 后端开发经验。
2. 精通 Spring Boot、MySQL、Redis 等技术栈。
3. 熟悉 Canal、Kafka、Doris 等数据链路组件。
4. 熟悉分布式系统设计与异步任务处理。
5. 有实时数据同步、大数据接入经验优先。
6. 本科以上学历。
