任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或理工科相关专业，具备扎实的面向对象思想与设计模式应用能力。
2. 3年以上Java开发经验，精通Spring Cloud微服务生态（Spring Boot/MyBatis/Spring MVC），有Web分层架构设计实践。
3. 熟悉MySQL/Oracle数据库，掌握存储过程、索引优化及数据库调优技巧，能独立解决复杂SQL性能问题。
4. 具备分布式系统开发经验，熟悉消息中间件、缓存机制及负载均衡策略，能熟练配置调优Tomcat/Nginx等服务器。
5. 掌握Linux常用指令与Shell脚本，能独立完成服务的部署、监控与运维调优。
6. 具备基础前端开发能力（HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript），了解Vue3.0等框架者优先；有.NET后端维护经验者加分。
7. 具备全局产品视野，对技术细节有极致追求，主动跟进新技术并能快速应用到业务场景。
8. 拥有良好的跨团队沟通能力与协作意识，能高效推动项目目标达成。
