一、岗位职责：
1、参与需求分析和拆解，完成核心模块设计与研发，指导其他团队成员解决问题；
2、对复杂业务进行抽象，支撑业务高效落地，对现存或着未来系统能进行深度思考通过技术解决业务问题；
3、参与code review任务，确保相关代码的有效性和正确性。
二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件相关专业；
2、5年以上JAVA开发经验，有大数据量、高并发处理经验；
3、扎实的Java基础，掌握常用的数据结构与设计模式；
4、熟悉Spring Boot，Spring Cloud Alibaba等主流框架，熟悉分布式系统设计、微服务架构；
5、熟悉MySQL/PosgreSQL/MongoDB/Neo4j等关系型、非关系型数据库设计和优化，具备良好的sql编写及调优能力；
6、熟悉Redis、Elasticsearch、Kafka、RocketMQ、Nacos、Nginx等相关技术；
7、熟练使用Linux操作系统；
8、熟悉git等版本管理工具；
9、具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立进行模块设计和开发；
10、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，有较强的责任心和学习能力。
