岗位职责:
1、负责基于SpringBoot的后端服务开发，以及Vue.js主导的前端交互设计与实现。
2、深度参与系统架构设计，利用MyBatis等ORM工具优化数据库访问效率。
3、评估、选型并优化中间件，包括但不限于MySQL、MongoDB等数据库，RabbitMQ、Kafka等消息队列，Tomcat、Nginx等Web容器。
4、分析系统性能瓶颈，运用先进技术和策略提升系统响应速度、并发处理能力和稳定性。
5、领导技术难题攻关，指导团队成员提升技术实践能力，促进技术知识共享。
6、跟踪业界动态，积极探索并引入*新技术栈以应对业务挑战
