2. 精通Java基础，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等微服务框架，熟悉大模型工程化工具链（如LangChain、LLaMA.cpp）。
3. 熟悉向量数据库（如Milvus、Pinecone）的使用与优化，了解大模型推理服务的部署与监控。
4. 具备金融行业系统开发经验，了解支付、信贷等业务流程者加分。
5. 具备良好的技术学习能力与问题解决能力，能快速掌握大模型相关新技术并应用到业务中。
