2、精通Java基础语言、面向对象，具有优秀的编码规范；
3、能充分理解软件需求，主导设计方案和工作量评估；
4、能根据设计方案和计划进行编码实现，在进度和质量上符合方案和计划的要求；
5、及时对BUG库中的软件问题进行跟踪修正；
6、能够独立完成系统的提测、部署、上线运营工作；
7、精通SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Mybatis、druid、MybatisPlus等开源框架的使用;
8、有较丰富的Docker、K8S、Jenkins使用经验；
9、精通MySql、Redis的使用，熟练使用InfluxDB、ClickHouse或其他时序库；
10、熟悉软件开发流程，有代码版本控制，系统整合，丰富的问题追踪修复等经验。
11、能够带领团队，并且解决团队遇到的疑难技术问题。"
