岗位职责：
1、负责现有系统的功能完善与性能优化，修复系统漏洞，提升系统稳定性与响应速度。
2、主导新功能开发（如客户画像分析、智能预警模块），完成需求分析、技术方案设计、编码及测试全流程。
3、设计并落地AI功能模块（如客户行为预测、智能客服自动化），结合机器学习/深度学习框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch）优化客户管理流程。
4、开发数据接口，整合外部商业数据平台，增强系统智能化决策能力。
5、优化系统架构，确保数据安全与一致性，设计数据治理方案，完善客户信息数据库（Oracle/MySQL），开发ETL工具实现多源数据清洗与同步。
6、跨团队协作与交付，对接内部团队需求，并提供相关技术支持，快速响应问题，保障系统稳定运行。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业。
2、3-5年Java开发经验，有客户管理系统项目经验者优先。
3、熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，具备微服务架构（Spring Cloud）开发经验。
4、核心能力：精通Java多线程、分布式缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka）等技术。
5、AI技术：掌握Python基础，熟悉机器学习算法（如分类、聚类），有NLP或推荐系统项目经验者优先。
6、数据库：熟练使用Oracle/MySQL，具备SQL优化及数据库调优能力。
7、逻辑清晰，具备技术攻坚能力；适应敏捷开发模式，有跨部门协作
