3.具有良好的系统分析、架构设计能力，熟悉软件系统分析/设计的方法论，并有丰富的实践经验；
4.熟练掌握SpringCloud、Dubbo，MyBatis框架，熟悉单元测试技术和TDD，熟悉Linux、UML；
5.熟练掌握数据库MySQL的使用并且能够进行优化其性能；
6.有良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力和快速学习能力，有责任感主动性强，良好的团队合作精神，能适应一定压力的工作；
7.具有一定的产品意识优先。
