2.编写高效、稳定、易维护的高质量代码，并负责核心功能的开发与重构。
3.解决系统在高并发场景下的技术难题，保障系统的高可用性与数据一致性。
4.持续进行系统性能调优，包括数据库慢sql、接口响应等方面。
5.负责线上复杂问题的排查与解决，主导重大故障的应急处理与复盘。
6.参与产品需求评审，提供技术解决方案，并评估技术可行性及工作量。
7.编写和维护详细的技术设计文档与API文档，确保知识的有效沉淀和共享。
职位要求：
必要条件
1.计算机相关专业专科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验。
2.精通Java语言，深入理解多线程编程、集合框架及网络通信等核心基础知识。
3.精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，并了解其核心运行机制。
4.熟练掌握MySQL数据库开发，具备丰富的SQL优化、索引设计及分库分表经验。
5.熟练掌握Redis及其在分布式系统中的应用，熟悉RocketMQ、Kafka等消息中间件。
6.具备阿里云服务器运维经验，熟悉Linux操作系统，熟悉容器相关技术（Docker、DockerSwarm、K8S等）。
7.具备优秀的业务建模、系统分析和问题解决能力，能独立承担复杂任务。
8.思路清晰，具备较强的沟通能力，有较强的主动性及团队合作精神，责任心强，求知欲望强，有技术主导经验者、有0到1搭建项目经验或保险项目开发经验者优先。
