1. 参与对日软件项目的需求分析与技术方案设计，确保符合日本客户的业务规范与质量要求。
2. 基于Java技术栈完成核心模块的编码实现，保障代码的可读性、可维护性及性能指标，熟悉 Java 主流技术栈，具备独立完成模块开发的能力。
3. 配合测试团队完成单元测试与集成测试，及时修复Bug并优化系统性能。
4. 与日本客户及团队成员进行跨文化沟通，准确理解需求并反馈项目进展，日语读写能力良好，能顺畅阅读日文技术文档并进行书面沟通。
5.3 年及以上 Java 开发经验，达到熟练程序员（PG）及以上水平
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的Java编程基础。
2. 熟悉Java EE生态体系，掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架的使用。
3. 具备良好的日语读写能力（N2及以上优先），能独立阅读日文技术文档并进行基础沟通。
4. 了解对日软件开发流程，有日本项目经验或熟悉日式编码规范者优先。
5. 具备较强的问题解决能力与团队协作精神，能适应敏捷开发模式。
