1、协助拟(修)订公司安全、环境、消防、职业卫生等管理制度；制定部门管理制度及工作计划；贯彻国家安全、环保、职业卫生和消防法规、标准，负责公司安全、环保、职业卫生、消防制度执行的监督与考核；
2、负责协助新、改、扩建工程项目的安全、消防、避雷设施手续的办理工作；
3、负责EHS相关工作及第三方体系审核、审核文件、内审提交政府文件等；
4、做好消防设备及应急器材的监督检查工作，并组织好公司消防应急演练；
5、负责生产性工伤事故的统计、原因调查、分析和处理工作以及非生产性工伤的协调处理；
6、负责组织进行日常安全检查，并及时整理通报，并做好隐患整改的复查工作；
7、负责监督公司安全环保制度、规定的执行情况，是否根据公司要求，认真开展各项工作；
8、负责监督检查各部门对公司安全法律法规、制度的贯彻执行情况；
9、检查、监督公司“三废”排放情况，控制、预防污染事故
10、负责完善环境管理体系及建立各种环保台帐及档案管理工作，办理公司排污费缴纳等事宜；
11、配合政府环保主管部门工作；
12、完成领导安排的其他工作。
