岗位职责：
1. 负责软件系统后端模块的开发、调试与优化，保障系统稳定运行；
2. 参与项目进度跟进，协助协调开发任务，推动项目按计划交付；

任职要求
1. 基本条件
· 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
· 2年左右 Java 开发经验；
· 有良好代码习惯，愿意撰写规范的开发文档。
2. 后端技术能力
· 掌握 Java 基础，熟悉面向对象、集合、异常处理、常用工具类；
· 了解或使用过 Spring Boot，能进行基础接口开发；
· 了解 MySQL 基本使用，能编写常用 SQL、进行简单表设计；
· 了解 Redis、消息队列等中间件的基本使用优先；
· 了解接口开发、接口文档（如 Swagger/OpenAPI）优先。
3. 前端基础能力（加分项）
· 了解 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 基础；
· 了解 Vue 基础，能看懂页面、配合联调优先。
4. 业务与项目能力
· 愿意学习业务，能快速理解 ERP、MES、WMS、OA 等系统流程；
· 有简单项目经验、课程设计、实习项目均可；
· 具备基本的沟通表达能力，能主动同步进度、反馈问题。
5. 工程能力与职业素养
· 学习能力强，愿意接受新技术、新业务；
· 责任心强，做事踏实，能按时完成分配任务；
· 具备良好团队合作意识，沟通顺畅、稳定性强
