岗位职责 - （具身算法方向 / 程式开发）
1.负责具身算法训练 / 推理 / 评测 pipeline 的 Python 程式开发，包括数据预处理、dataset 构建、训练启动、日志与可视化。
2.搭建和维护仿真-真机桥接工具（Isaac Sim / MuJoCo / Gazebo ↔ 真机），数据回放等。
3.把感知 / policy 算法封装成可调用的 service（gRPC / FastAPI / ROS2 service），对接 C# 主调度与前端。
4.开发数据工具链：采集标注平台、失败 case 挖掘、trajectory 可视化、benchmark 自动跑分。
5.负责模型版本管理、实验追踪（MLflow / Wandb）、配置管理与多环境（dev/staging/prod）发布。
6.配合算法工程师做 debug：复现真机 bad case、写 replay 脚本、做 ablation 自动化。
7.撰写和维护详细的技术文档
岗位要求：
1. 统招本科及以上，CS 相关专业，2 年+ Python 后端 / AI infra / 机器人工具链经验。
2. 熟练 Python 生态：asyncio、multiprocessing、numpy、opencv、torch（会用即可，不要求训模型）
3. 有 ROS2 / rospy / rosbag 使用经验，能写 launch、node、action、lifecycle node。
4. 会写 gRPC / FastAPI / WebSocket，能把算法包成服务并压测。
5. 用过至少一种仿真器（Isaac Sim / MuJoCo / Gazebo / PyBullet），能写 env wrapper。
6. 有过Docker、K3s 边缘部署、GitLab CI、标注平台或数据湖等相关经验。
