7、具备良好的编码规范、文档习惯能独立解决问题，有团队协作意识；

1、具有5年以上Java后端开发经验，本科及以上学历；
2、根据开发规范和流程，能独立完成相应模块迭代计划任务开发；
3、参与项目需求评审、代码评审、技术设计方案评审，根据需求完成软件概要设计、详细设计、数据库设计、接口设计等，并输出清晰、规范的设计文档；
4、解决系统开发、运行中出现的各种问题；
5、完成上级领导交付的其他相关工作；
