岗位职责
1.负责综合测试系统的需求分析、架构设计与功能开发，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性；
2.使用 Java 进行服务端开发，设计和优化系统核心模块；
3.负责数据库设计与性能优化，保证数据采集、存储、查询的高效性；
4.参与前端数据可视化展示（如 Grafana、ECharts 等），实现测试结果和运行状态的直观展示；
5.编写和维护技术文档，参与系统测试、上线及后续优化；
6.与测试、运维及硬件团队紧密协作，解决跨领域集成问题。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
1.熟练掌握 Java 语言，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想和良好的代码习惯；
2.有硬件接口开发经验（CAN、Modbus、串口等），能对接硬件测试数据；
3.熟悉 Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 等主流框架，有微服务架构开发经验；
4.精通 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，掌握索引优化、事务处理等技术；
5.掌握前端可视化展示技术，能基于 Grafana、ECharts、D3.js 或前端框架实现数据可视化；
6.熟悉 Linux 环境开发与部署，掌握常用 Shell 命令与脚本编写；
7.具备较强的分析问题和解决问题能力，良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
加分项
1.有综合测试平台、自动化测试系统或工业控制类系统开发经验；
2.熟悉消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、缓存（Redis）、容器化（Docker/K8s）等相关技术；
3.具备大数据处理或时序数据库（InfluxDB、Prometheus）开发经验；
