岗位职责：
1.模型研发: 负责NLP/CV等核心AI算法的预研、开发与性能优化。
2.大模型精调: 针对地铁垂域场景，主导大语言模型（LLM）或多模态模型的精调、评估与优化。
3.算法工程化: 与开发工程师协作，将算法模型封装成稳定、高效的API服务。
4.技术创新: 跟踪前沿算法技术动态，探索其在业务场景中的应用潜力并推动落地。
5.效果评估: 建立科学的算法评测体系，持续监控和提升线上模型效果。

教育程度要求：
本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关专业（硕士及以上优先）。

技能水平要求：
1. 精通机器学习/深度学习核心算法原理及大模型原理。
2. 熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow）。
3. 具备扎实的编程能力（Python）和算法实现能力。

工作经验要求：
3年以上AI算法研发经验，有实际的大模型（LLM/VLM）项目训练、精调或部署经验。

其他要求：
在NLP、CV某一领域有深入研究或发表过高水平论文者优先。
