（一）后端技术要求

- 熟练掌握 MySQL 数据库，精通 SQL 编写、索引优化、事务处理、慢查询优化。
- 熟悉 Redis、MQ 等常用中间件，具备实际项目使用经验。
（二）前端技术要求
- 熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript 前端基础技术，熟悉ES6+语法，可独立完成页面布局、样式开发和交互逻辑编写。
- 熟练使用主流前端框架，掌握 Vue3 框架及配套组件（Vue Router、Pinia/Vuex、Axios），能独立开发前端功能模块。
- 熟悉 Element UI、Ant Design Vue 等主流UI组件库，可快速完成后台管理系统页面开发，适配不同浏览器兼容问题。
（三）通用能力要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年以上Java全栈开发
