负责垂类领域人工智能模型的训练，微调以及工程化开发（Agent，RAG等）；
能够参与其他机器学习相关项目的开发，调试，部署；
负责公司项目的 Python 开发与维护，撰写高质量、可维护的代码；
能够配合公司内部其它科研团队将研究成果落地并产品化；
构建高效的数据处理流程，支持大规模数据清洗、格式转换、特征提取；
与算法、运维、前端等团队协作，推动项目落地，并撰写技术文档与操作手册。

本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，211或985加分，欧美留学经验加分；
一年或以上工作经验（接受应届）；
有深度学习模型部署和开发经验；
熟练掌握主流深度学习模型以及算法架构
思维清晰，沟通能力良好；
熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（python、c++），具备良好的编码习惯与工程思维；
熟悉常见数据处理工具（如 Pandas、NumPy、PyArrow、Dask 等）；
熟练使用 Linux 操作系统，熟练使用linux系统的大部分命令，能够独立完成环境配置、脚本编写；
具备容器、Conda、常见深度学习框架部署实施经验；
认同开放共进的企业文化，积极创新，乐于挑战，良好的逻辑思维、沟通协调和自我学习能力，主动负责，严谨细致，勤奋踏实。
