一、岗位职责
负责Web系统、小程序、移动端H5等应用的后端开发维护与优化，保障系统高可用性和可扩展性；
参与需求分析、技术方案设计;
与前端、测试、运维团队协作，确保系统高效交付与稳定运行；
遵循代码规范，保证代码可维护性，参与代码评审与技术分享；
跟踪技术趋势，推动微服务、云原生等新技术在项目中的落地；
二：技术要求：
精通 Java 8+ 核心语法，熟悉多线程、集合框架、JVM内存模型及调优；
熟悉 Java生态工具链：Maven/Gradle、JUnit、Log4j/SLF4J；
对设计模式与面向对象设计原则有深刻的理解；
能够熟练Spring全家桶等相关技术；
熟悉分布式中间件，如Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis/ZooKeeper等
熟练MySQL、达梦、MongoDB等数据库
了解微服务架构，熟悉分布式、容器化部署模式
工作经验需2年以上，专业为计算机科学与技术/软件工程；
年龄35周岁以下，985/211优先；
