做什么
SaaS 核心业务开发——会员系统、营销活动、交易结算这些模块。不是外包项目，是自己的产品，代码上线后你会长期维护和迭代。
公司有完整的 CI/CD 和专职 QA，但我们更看重开发自身的质量意识——写完代码先自测，不是扔给测试就不管了。
需要你
- Java 基本功扎实，Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 熟练，3 年以上不是混出来的经验
- 愿意用 AI 写代码——我们团队在用 Curs/ Claude Code，不是选配，是标配
- 有质量意识，提测前自己先过一遍，不把低级问题留给 QA
- 能听懂业务需求，发现逻辑漏洞会主动说
加分项
- 有 SaaS / B 端系统经验
- 对线上问题排查有经验（不需要精通 K8s，但能看懂日志和监控）
