一、岗位职责：
1、负责公司数据产品的开发及项目实施工作；
2、深入研究教育行业及招聘领域的大数据，出具研究报告及数据可视化产品；
3、在海量数据中寻找业务和逻辑关系，搭建业务模型。
二、任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、大数据等相关专业，有互联网、金融等相关行业数据分析实习或工作经验者优先。
2. 熟练掌握SQL、Python（Pandas等）、Excel，能独立完成数据提取与处理；
3.精通至少一种BI工具（Tableau/Power BI/帆软优先），可独立制作可视化报表；
4.具备较强业务理解、逻辑思维及数据敏感度，沟通表达清晰，学习能力强，有责任心、抗压能力，能独立完成工作及跨部门协作，
5.有数据架构、了解数据仓库、ETL流程，掌握基础统计分析、机器学习基础或AI辅助分析工具者优先。
