b.主导关键模块开发：用户认证体系（个人/企业/工商户）、多模式商城（原创/共创/创意）、三方支付（支付宝/IAP）、分账清结算系统

c.构建高并发场景下的技术方案（压测/分库分表/Redis缓存策略）

2.业务系统统筹与优化

a.统筹服务间API协作：用户信息/资产查询、支付调用、商品服务等跨系统对接

b.设计订单履约、众筹状态流转、数据快照留存等复杂业务逻辑

c.优化MySQL与Redis高性能访问，保障分布式事务一致性

3.技术基建落地

a.搭建企业级技术中台：日志收集（ELK）、错误监控报警（Prometheus/Grafana）

b.主导环境部署与DevOps流程（测试/预发/生产）

c.制定安全规范：SSL通信、OSS/CDN资源管控、支付合规（PCI DSS）

岗位要求:

1.技术栈深度

a.以上，3年以上Java项目实战开发经验，精通Spring Boot/Spring Cloud微服务架构

c.具备支付系统经验（三方支付接入、对账清结算、分账逻辑）

d.精通使用云服务组件：OSS存储、CDN加速、HTTPS证书管理

5.业务能力

a.有从0到1构建分布式系统经验，可独立完成技术选型与架构设计

b.深刻理解高并发场景设计（限流/熔断/异步化处理）

6.工程素养
