【岗位职责】
1、负责 PCB 版图设计，包括根据硬件原理图、DFMEA（设计失效模式分析）及行业规范，完成从叠层规划、元器件布局、布线（含高速 / 高频信号）到输出生产文件（Gerber、BOM、钢网文件等）的工作；
2、主导 PCB 设计评审，协同硬件工程师分析信号完整性（如 DDR、PCIe、USB 等）、电源完整性及电磁兼容性（EMC），优化设计方案以规避生产与可靠性风险；
3、对接 PCB 制造商与供应链，提供技术支持（如解答工艺疑问、确认 DFM 可制造性要求），跟进打样、试产进度，协助解决量产中的版图相关问题；
4、参与跨部门协作，配合软件、测试工程师完成 PCB 样品调试，提供版图层面的问题排查支持（如信号干扰、电源纹波等）。
【职位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、通信工程、自动化、微电子等相关专业。
2、独立完成过 6-14 层 PCB 设计（含高速信号），掌握叠层设计、阻抗匹配、DFM 规范，能使用 SI 仿真工具（如 HyperLynx）进行基础信号分析；
3、熟练使用 Altium Designer、PADS、Cadence Allegro 等至少 1 种主流 PCB 设计软件；掌握 SI/PI 仿真工具（如 HyperLynx、ANSYS SIwave）、封装设计工具（如 Allegro Package Designer）者优先。
