职责描述：
负责车用高速永磁同步电机和直流无刷电机的控制器硬件 PCB layout 相关工作，包括：
- 根据硬件工程师提供的原理图，独立按时按质地完成 PCB layout 设计及优化工作，进行 PCB 可制造性分析
- 组织与硬件、结构团队一起评审 PCB layout 设计
- 负责与 PCB ，PCBA供应商进行技术沟通，工程确认，审厂等工作
- 负责建立和维护标准化的元器件封装库
- 负责 PCB 相关设计文档及标准的制定与归档
- 负责 SMT 生产线焊接过程中的技术支持工作
- 负责变更流程，PLM系统维护等流程标准化工作
任职要求：
-3 年以上 PCB layout 设计经验。电子类或相关专业本科以上学历。有从事汽车电子产品 PCB layout 设计经验者优先。
-熟练使用AD软件。
-熟悉 PCB 制造加工流程与 SMT 工艺流程，如普通 FR4 PCB 及铝基板等特殊生产工艺，熟悉拼板制作流程。
-具有超过 6 层高密度 PCB 设计经验，熟悉布局设计要求，对 PCB 叠层、布局布线设计有深刻理解和实践经验。
-具备高压、大电流、高功率的 PCB Layout 设计经验，有 OBC、DC/DC，电机控制器等新能源电子产品的 PCB Layout 设计经验者优先。
-对 PCB layout 中的 EMC 设计有一定的了解。
-工作踏实，良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
学历和工作年限要求可根据经验和能力适当放宽。
