岗位职责：
1、主持审计中心工作，根据公司战略目标和风险状况，建立健全公司内部审计体系，实现全链条风控管理；
2、制定年度内部审计计划，执行内部审计，牵头完成年度审计、经济责任审计和专项审计；
3、跟踪审计发现问题的整改落实情况，根据责任部门整改、验证效果，提出切实可行的专业建议，确保审计意见得到有效执行；
4、对公司内部控制度的健全性和有效性进行评价，识别内部控制的缺陷和风险，提出完善内控和风险管理的建议；
5、培养和管理审计专业团队，提升团队业务能力和职业素养，确保审计工作的独立性和专业性；
6、负责与上级审计机关、国家审计、社会中介机构的协调与沟通；
7、参与重大项目审计，投融资、资产处置等事项，从财务合规性、经济性提供专业意见；
8、负责东方网下属全资、控股子公司的内部监督审计工作；
9、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业，持有注册会计师（CPA）或同类高级专业资格证书者优先；
2、具备10年以上审计或财务相关工作经验，其中至少3年以上大中型企业审计部门管理岗位经历；
3、精通国家审计法规、会计准则和内部控制规范，具备出色的财务分析、风险识别和判断能力，能独立领导复杂的审计项目；
4、具备出色的沟通协调能力、文字表达能力和团队管理能力，原则性强，工作严谨，能承受较强的工作压力；
5、中共党员优先。年龄在35-45岁之间，条件优秀者可适当放宽。
