- 参与公司内部L2O/O2C系统，以及围绕抖音生态的商家服务产品的需求评估
- 能从技术角度判断能不能做、怎么做、风险在哪里
- 对关键功能做POC验证，给产品和团队明确技术结论
2、负责核心模块设计与开发
- 独立负责一个或多个核心模块的设计和实现
- 能写清楚系统设计方案（架构图、模块拆分、接口设计）
- 在性能、扩展性和稳定性之间做出合理取舍
3、解决复杂技术问题
- 负责排查和定位稳定性问题、性能问题和数据异常等问题
- 对遇到的疑难问题独立排查清楚原因，并给出长期可用的解决方案，而不是临时补丁。
职位要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机或工科相关专业，5年及以上Java后端开发经验
2. 有企业级系统（SaaS/平台型系统）开发经验，熟悉企业软件常见能力模块的设计与实现，如单点登录（SSO）、多租户架构、工作流或审批流等，有抖音或微信生态开发经验优先
3. 熟悉Java和JVM基本原理；熟悉Spring MVC或Spring Boot等开发框架；熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库；熟悉Kafka/RabbitMQ等消息中间件。
4. 理解SOLID原则，理解自动化测试和持续集成的价值，能写单元测试保障代码正确性，能写结构清晰、可维护的代码，有重构经验。
5. 对技术有热情，对其他技术领域（如前端、AI等）有认知和了解，有强自驱力，结果导向。
