岗位职责:
1.AI平台开发与优化：负责AI平台后端系统的设计、开发、部署及持续优化，确保高可用性、低延迟和高吞吐量。
2.技术集成与协作：与提示词工程师协作集成优化提示词方案以解决模型交互技术瓶颈，联合算法团队分析性能瓶颈并优化 AI 输出质量以提升业务适配度，同时参与需求对齐会议将业务需求转化为可落地技术方案，保障技术实现与业务目标一致。
3.系统架构与工程化：主导核心模块的架构设计，解决高并发、分布式系统中的技术难点；应用容器化技术和微服务架构，构建可扩展的AI服务基础设施。
4.技术研究与创新：跟踪AI技术前沿，评估并引入新技术方案，提升平台竞争力；输出技术方案文档和性能优化报告，推动团队知识沉淀与能力共享。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业，具备扎实的计算机理论基础。
2.三年以上开发经验，有大规模AI系统开发经验，熟悉大模型推理优化技术，具备LLM部署实战经验优先。
3.熟练掌握Python或Java等至少一种编程语言，代码规范严谨，具备工程化思维。
4.精通JAVA语言的大模型库，如：langchain4j、langraph4j。
5.有AI平台开发或系统集成经验，熟悉模型部署全流程及API设计规范。
6.优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能与提示词工程师、产品经理、算法团队高效协作。
7.能接受频繁的全国性出差。
