4. 负责系统性能调优、故障排查及灰度发布，确保生产环境稳定运行。
5. 编写和维护相关技术文档，参与 Code Review，持续改进工程质量。
6. 与产品、测试、运维及业务团队紧密协作，推动项目按期交付。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，学信网可查；计算机、通信、信息及相关专业。
2. 7 年左右 Java 后端开发经验，具备银行、支付、金融等项目背景。
3. 熟练掌握 Spring Cloud、Spring Boot 及其生态，熟悉微服务架构及分布式事务。
4. 熟悉 Kafka、RocketMQ、Redis、ClickHouse、Flink 等常用中间件，具备线上调优与运维经验。
5. 熟悉 MySQL /acle 数据库设计，掌握 SQL 优化及分库分表方案。
6. 工作主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应快节奏项目环境。
