3. 设计趋势与洞察：深入理解国内外互联网产品设计趋势与视觉风格，并能提出有见地的产品设计建议；
4. 设计系统应用（非常重要）：了解并能实现设计系统的构建，了解设计语言与组件库的区别，了解常见的组件与构建，并能在项目中熟练搭建与应用；
5. 团队协作能力：有良好的工作协作能力与沟通能力，上游主动配合产品与交互，下游负责对接开发并积极验收；
6. 推广素材设计：能独立设计线上推广素材，包括但不限于 Banner 和运营物料设计；

岗位职责：
1. 负责网页端、PC端项目的整体视觉设计与交互设计。
2. 根据品牌定位，制定网页端、PC端软件视觉规范，包括色彩、字体、组件样式、图标体系等。
3. 根据产品需求转化Figma UI原型图。
4. 与开发工程师协作共同完成网站项目的设计与开发。
5. 参与网站可用性测试，收集用户反馈并持续优化UI/UX。
6. 制作GIF动画，并拆分每一帧动画为单张图片
