1.负责建立、实施、保持并持续改进公司环境、职业健康安全管理体系。
2.负责识别、获取并更新适用于公司的 EHS 法律、法规及其他要求，并确保合规性。
3.组织公司范围内的环境因素和危险源辨识、风险评价与控制措施的确定。
4.制定公司年度 EHS 目标、指标和管理方案，并监督落实。
5.组织制定 EHS 相关规章制度、操作规程和应急预案，并监督执行。
6.规划并组织实施员工 EHS 教育培训，提高全员安全环保意识。
7.组织日常、专项和定期 EHS 检查，对事故隐患督促整改。
8.组织对公司范围内发生的安全事故、环境事件的调查、分析和处理。
9.组织应急准备与响应演练。
10.作为公司对接政府安监、环保等主管部门及相关审核机构（如 BSCI）的统一窗口。
11.负责对公司各部门 EHS 绩效进行监督、考核和评价。

※任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上相关经验；
2、精通ISO 14001、ISO 45001、ISO 9001管理体系标准及审核流程；熟悉BSCI者优先。
3、掌握中国EHS法律法规及地方要求；熟悉机械加工行业常见风险（机械伤害、触电、起重、化学品等）的控制措施。
4、持有注册安全工程师资格证书者优先。
5、出色的沟通协调能力、文案撰写能力、培训能力和突发事件处理能力。
