岗位职责
1、负责 iOS/Android 双端 App 的需求评审、技术方案设计与开发落地（TypeScript）。
2、搭建与维护基础工程框架：状态管理（Redux/RTK 或 Zustand）、路由（React Navigation）、网络与错误上报、主题/多语言等。
3、性能与稳定性优化：启动加速、首屏渲染、列表性能（FlashList/RecyclerListView）、内存与掉帧治理（Flipper/Profiler）。
4、原生能力打通：原生模块与 UI 组件封装（Swift/Kotlin/Obj-C/Java），深链/推送/相册相机/位置等。
5、发布上架：熟练了解各应用市场上架的规则与流程，实际上架过应用市场。
任职要求
1、计算机相关或同等工程经验，3年以上前端/移动开发经验，≥1 年 RN 经验。
2、熟练 TypeScript、React Hooks 与异步数据流；理解 RN 架构（Bridge/JSI/Hermes）。
3、掌握原生平台的调试与打包流程（Android 或 iOS），能独立定位崩溃与性能问题。
4、熟悉常用库：react-native-reanimated & gesture-handler、FlashList、Axios、Form 方案等。
5、具备良好的工程化意识：模块化、可观测性、日志规范、代码评审与文档沉淀。

加分项
有复杂手势/动画、Canvas/Skia 实战，或音视频/直播/RTC 经验。
有大型 App 从 0→1 架构经验；对离线包、动态化、A/B 实验有实践。
具备 uni-app / 小程序多端开发经验，能处理多端差异与平台 API 封装。
