3、熟悉分布式、SOA，熟悉Tomcat, Weblogic,WebSphere等应用服务器系统的操作和配置；
4、熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax、jQuery等Web开发技术；
5、精通Web Service理念，具有很强的分析设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式；
6、精通UML建模，熟练使用相关建模工具；熟练使用各种开发方法进行系统开发，并具有规范的开发、设计文档写作能力；
7、精通Tomcat、Jboss、Weblogic、Websphere等应用服务器构件；
8、熟悉数据库建模，并具有很强数据库设计、管理、优化经验和SQL功底。

岗位职责：
1、负责公司技术平台、技术框架和重点技术的规划、设计与评估工作；
2、负责技术架构选型，并主导功能模块设计、数据结构设计、对外接口设计；
3、根据业务框架要求，提供技术实现方案；
4、指导开发团队高效完成工作，负责攻克技术难关和整体系统性能调优；
5、对各种前瞻技术进行预研，并形成企业内部是否引入以及如何引入的建议；
6、针对新人、普通开发人员进行有效辅导，帮助其快速成长。
